Every place gets an overall verdict — good access, mixed, poor, or not accessible — plus a checklist covering the step-free entrance, doorway widths, lifts, accessible toilets and rooms, blue badge parking, getting there, and whether the staff knew what they were doing. Then we say plainly what was good and what was bad.
