Theatres are, on the whole, one of the good news stories. Most decent-sized venues now have wheelchair spaces, an access line, and staff who have done this before. But theatre tickets have a quirk the rest of travel does not: the accessible seats are often not on the website, and the general booking page will cheerfully sell you a seat you cannot get to.
